About you

The email address you check out with, the tickets you send, and a technical log of each visit (IP address, browser, time). We never need your personal WhatsApp number, and support will not ask you for a code sent to it.

About your order

The listing, the quantity and the amount; the payment result from the payment provider; and what we delivered: phone numbers, activation or login codes, code links, and for email-login accounts the linked mailbox details. Card and wallet data are handled by the provider and never reach us.

Purpose

Delivering numbers and accounts, sending codes on manual-delivery listings, checking a warranty ticket against what was sent, preventing payment fraud and keeping the accounts records the law requires. We sell no data.

Processors

Our payment, hosting and email providers handle this data on our behalf and for these purposes only.

Cookies

Needed for sign-in, the cart and checkout. None are used for advertising.

Retention and requests

Delivered numbers and codes are kept until no claim on the order remains possible; order and payment records for as long as accounting law requires; logs for a short time. From your order email, use the Contact page to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion.
