Terms

Independence

BuyWhatsAppAccounts is an independent shop. It is not WhatsApp or Meta and has no partnership with either; the names only describe what the numbers and accounts are used with.

Two kinds of listing

• A number listing provides a phone number and the WhatsApp activation code sent to it, so that you register the account yourself. No account exists before you do.
• A ready-account listing provides a WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account already activated on a number from the country the listing names, with the sign-in method it states.

Delivery

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Most orders appear on your order page once the payment clears. Listings marked manual delivery are completed by support in a ticket on the order, so the code reaches you when you are ready to enter it.

Permitted use

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scams, impersonation or anything else unlawful.
• WhatsApp may ask any number to verify again, or ban it, at any time. You are responsible for how a number or account is used.
• Codes are sent to a number only for the period a listing states. Set a two-step verification PIN on the account yourself.

Liability

Our obligation for an order ends with the replacement or refund described on the Refunds page and never exceeds the amount paid for that order.

Revisions

When these terms are revised, the date at the top changes, and that version applies from then on.
